Easy Lemon Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1 teaspoon honey
3 table spoons garlic flavoured rapeseed oil
Juice and zest from 1 lemon

Method

Mix together in a bowl the honey, garlic flavoured rapeseed oil and lemon juice. Whisk up until combined and add seasoning as required. Dress salad or warm green vegetables.
