Grilled Chilli Sprouts

 
 

Ingredients

500g brussels sprouts
30ml Brock and Morten chilli flavoured rapeseed oil
3 finely sliced garlic cloves
Juice from 1 lemon

Method

Add the brussels sprouts to a pan of salted boiled water and simmer for around 5 minutes, until the sprouts are just soft. Once cooked, drain and then cool before slicing in half.

In a frying pan add the Brock and Morten chilli flavoured rapeseed oil and garlic cloves. Gently cook off the garlic, being careful not to burn it. Add in the sprouts and allow them to char slightly on each side before turning.

Serve the sprouts on a platter and and top with the lemon juice.
