Wild Garlic Pesto

Ingredients

100g Wild Garlic

50g Blanched Almonds

8 tbsp Brock & Morten Natural Rapeseed Oil

4 tbsp Lemon Juice

4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

A Pinch of Salt

Method

Put your wild garlic, almonds, rapeseed oil and lemon juice in a blender and mix until you reach a chunky pesto-like consistency.

Remove the mixture from the blender and add in the parmesan and salt.

Thoroughly stir through. Keep refrigerated and eat within 5 days.

We love using this pesto in pasta, on bruschetta and with salads.
