Homemade Pizza

Ingredients

300g strong bread flour

1tsp instant yeast

1tsp salt

1 tbsp natural rapeseed oil

Passata

Toppings of your choice. Ours favourites are:

Mozarella

Basil

Tomatoes

A drizzle of Brock and Morten Truffle Oil

Method

Put the flour, yeast and salt into a bowl. In the middle add in 200ml warm water and the natural rapeseed oil. Bring together with your hands until you have a ball of dough.

Kneed the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.

Roll out the dough into rounds, depending on the size you would like to make. Lift the rolled out dough onto floured baking sheets.

Add your toppings to the dough and bake in the oven for around 8-10 minutes at 220c.

Drizzle with truffle oil to serve!

This recipe is adapted from one of our favourites from Delicious. A fun way to adapt this pizza for valentine’s day is to make the dough into heart shapes!
