Halloween Party Food

Ingredients

Around 5 new potatoes per person
Two tablespoons of Brock and Morten Garlic flavoured rapeseed oil (per 20 potatoes)
Sea Salt to taste
Around 5 cocktail sausages per person
3 tsp Brock and Morten Honey (per 20 potatoes)
2 tsp soy (per 20 potatoes)

Method

Heat the oven to 180c and prick the potatoes and add them to a roasting tin. Pour over the rapeseed oil and roast for 40 minutes. Take out the oven and flatten slightly with a potato masher. Roast again for another 20 minutes. Once cooked add sea salt to taste.

Through the first part of the potatoes cooking, mix the soy and Brock and Morten Honey together and coat the cocktail sausages. Bake the sausages for half an hour in the oven, turning partway through.

Add both dishes to bowls and serve.
