BBQ Favourites

It’s that time of year when we are either experiencing endless rain showers or gloriously hot days where the weather is warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside. At this time of year we are a huge fan of cooking on the BBQ, so we thought we would share with you some of our BBQ favourites and the Brock and Morten products that we use alongside them.

BBQ Mackerel with Ginger, Chilli and Lime - A great dish to cook on the barbecue using our chilli flavoured rapeseed oil in the marinade for a real kick.

BBQ Prawn Skewers - A quick and delicious bbq dish. We use our thai flavoured rapeseed oil on the prawns for a prefect flavour combination.

BBQ Ribs - A sweet and sticky recipe which requires our smoked rapeseed oil. Cook this slowly on the BBQ for the best results.

Grilled Lemon Chicken - Flatten the chicken and drizzle with lemon flavoured rapeseed oil and pepper before grilling on the barbecue. Perfect with salad and pasta.
