Stockist of the Month - Cafe Village Green

This month we are bringing to you another lovely stockist of our rapeseed oils. This business is again sat on our doorstep in the beautiful and historic village of Eyam, in the Peak District.

We have been supplying Cafe Village Green since we first started the business and they have been a great supporter of Brock and Morten. We love a trip over to Eyam to restock this beautiful little cafe and to catch up with owner Sara, who is passionate about great food.

If you haven't been to Cafe Village Green before, or indeed Eyam itself, it is definitely worth a visit! Even the drive to the village itself is picturesque as you travel through the stunning Derbyshire countryside and into the Peak District.

There is lots to do in Eyam, even though it is a very small village. Eyam Hall is owned by the National Trust and is a great place to stop off when in the area. The Hall itself is interesting place to visit and it has beautiful gardens to enjoy too. Next to the Hall is a lovely court yard where you will find independent and unique craft shops. There are lots of walks to enjoy in the area and as you can imagine, the village is full of the history of the plague. You will see some unique and interesting architecture and points of interest as you explore around the village.

Cafe Village Green is ideally situated in the heart of Eyam village and is the perfect place to refuel with its delicious freshly made lunches, cakes and drinks. Brock and Morten rapeseed oil is stocked amongst a range of other local hand picked producers, all of whom complement the fresh and vibrant menu and atmosphere of Cafe Village Green. It is definitely worth a visit.

Cafe Village Green Stock the following Brock and Morten products:

They will also be stocking our new mayonnaise range within the next couple of weeks too!

Thank you to Cafe Village Green for letting us use the images featured in this blog post. You can find Cafe Village Green on Facebook too.
